Yoga Therapy
Yoga therapy helps women experiencing mental & physical health challenges to improve their wellbeing through exploring and re-connecting with their body
bodywork as therapy
Yoga therapy is a holistic and alternative therapeutic approach that uses the lens of tradition, eastern and western medicine, research and science based models, to support you to improve your felt experience and live a life that is more connected and aligned with your personal needs and sense of self.
Whether you come for physical or emotional support, you'll learn that the body and the mind are closely connected in intimate relationship; we cannot work with one without the other.
This way of working therapeutically allows for learning, self-agency and resonance with oneself, so that you begin to feel empowered from a place of understanding and alignment.
Working with emotions and your body
body-mind approach
We will encourage a conversational and explorative relationship with your body and mind to support what is arising for you and respond in a variety of approaches
I believe in a non-linear way of working, meaning our time together can take many forms and is led by your bodies communication on many levels
