My own route into yoga was of a therapeutic nature.

I believe the body holds wisdom and houses a deeply layered, intelligent awareness

it speaks to us in it’s own language and tuning into this allows us to connect to and better understand ourselves to support healing, balance, and empowerment.

When I was 20yrs old I experienced debilitating daily anxiety with a disconnection to my body and my identity that left me confused and disorientated

Through the introduction of yoga I began to listen and support myself in a way I never had done before. I learnt to re-establish safety within myself and I continue to practice this over 16 years later

Keen to dive deeper I have explored practiced, trained and shared various types of yoga and body oriented practices

I understand firsthand the profound impact embodied practices can have on our well-being, and I am passionate about guiding others on their own journeys

I believe everyone deserves access to their body and exploring the transformative benefits of embodied practices

What I offer.

By cultivating body awareness and practicing gentle self-care, we can learn to rewire our relationship with our body to incite change and find joy and ease in our everyday.
